Will the earth end soon because of Climate Change?
What does it feel like?

Eco-Anxiety

It’s been raining for days. Isn’t it healthy? Don’t you need your tears? Doesn’t it feel good? Do you think it will ever stop?

Like a wave grief splashes around the planet, quietly, and the news doesn’t report on lost futures. But you can hear it, and you can feel it, the sniffling, the choking, the voices breaking, and then the wailing.

And then, one day, you join in on

These symptoms are taking over the world – with you in it.

Urbanization and Infrastructure Development

Monoculture Farming

Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Aviation and
Air Travel

Livestock Emissions

Fossil Fuels

Waste management and Landfills

Overfishing

Deforestation

There come thoughts that tousle your mind …

… burning
and drying

… melting
and heating

There is …

Sometimes it can feel like you are trapped in a box.

(click to tear apart)

You need a success story.

You need the dangerous thrill of hope.

You’re rendered immobile and unable to defend yourself by   fear of what you believe to be inevitable.

This catastrophe will mould you into someone unrecognisable.

Grow gills and reptilian skin to
fend off the heat?

It’s anger and pain and fear that chain you down.

But they’re not your chains.
They’re fuel to rid yourself of them.

Reconnecting with nature can help.

it's a deeper connection we need.

But touching grass is not enough –

We must delve deeper into understanding and addressing the root causes of our ecological crisis, moving beyond surface-level actions.

It’s about nurturing biodiversity, restoring

ecosystems, and advocating for

sustainable practices.

Cause in the end the future is uncertain and it is ours to plant the seeds for a future we all look forward to.
